Return Window:

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare products, please reach out within this period. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

The product is unused or lightly tested (less than 25% used) to ensure hygiene and safety.

The product must be in its original packaging, with the safety seals or wrappers intact.

If you experienced skin irritation or sensitivity, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Note: For your safety, skincare products that have been opened or heavily used may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and health regulations.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges for skincare products. If you’d like to try a different product, please follow our return process and place a new order for the product of your choice.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover return shipping and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:
