Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times & Carriers:
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL, taking advantage of Shopify’s discounted rates to offer you the best value.
U.S. shipping only.
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–6 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
Shipping Rates:
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, selected service, and package weight — thanks to Shopify’s real-time discounted shipping rates.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at hello@moonpeachbeauty.store within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with any photos of the damage, if applicable.
We’ll work quickly to make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- We do not accept returns on opened, used, or final sale items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
